BECOME OUR NEW LOGISTICS ASSISTANT!

FOR OUR OFFICE IN ANTWERP - FULL TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will manage the entire logistics process and file handling from A to Z *
Being present at all stages of shipping, you will be in contact with the various services (communication and coordination with clients, colleagues and subcontractors) * You will ensure the booking and liaison with carriers and shipping * You will ensure the follow-up of the customs formalities, the control of supplier and customer invoicing, the delivery and transport documentation * You might be asked to assist on any other additional general ad hoc duties or office assistance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Entry level - Having a previous experience in logistics, Import/Export or as a freight forwarder is a plus * You have a high level of writing and verbal communication in Dutch and in English - French is a plus * You have a confident and professional telephone attitude *
You are willing to learn new platforms and procedures quickly * You are comfortable working autonomously while being team-spirited * You have a good knowledge of computer tools, web and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
