All our services are governed by the Belgian General Conditions of Carriage 2024.

This document will be sent to you free of charge upon request.

Any dispute is subject to Belgian law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp district.

All our invoices are payable in full. In case of non-payment by the due date, any invoice will automatically accrue interest at a rate of 7% per year from the date of issue. In addition, the invoice amount will be automatically and lawfully increased by 10% as a contractual compensation and lump-sum payment.
