Protection Regulation
Effective since May 25, 2018, throughout the European Union, the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) strengthens the rights of European residents over their data and holds all entities processing such data accountable.
The regulation imposes specific obligations on data controllers.
As part of our GDPR compliance efforts, we can confirm that best practices have been applied and the required measures were implemented as of 25/05/2018.
It should be noted that there is no such thing as “GDPR compliance” per se, but rather an ongoing process to protect personal data.
Your personal data, collected in the context of our past or present professional relationships, is stored in our database for internal management purposes. It may be shared with third parties if necessary for the execution of our contracts, but never for commercial or promotional purposes.
The retention period depends on the type of data and our internal policies. Once the retention period expires, the data is automatically deleted.
For more information regarding your personal data, please contact us only at vieprivee@magemar.com.
Under GDPR regulations, we also expect our contacts to handle any personal data shared with them with the utmost care. We require all our contacts to comply with GDPR. Should we incur any damage as a result of a contact’s non-compliance with GDPR, all resulting damages will be charged to the responsible contact.
