GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

The European law regarding the protection of Personal data (GDPR or RGPD in French) will apply from 25th May 2018 for all individuals within the European Union. It aims primarily to give control back to EU citizens over their personal data and all people dealing with this information.

The law imposes specific responsibilities to all data processing controllers.

Within the scope of the compliance with the GDPR-law, we are able to ensure you that the good practices have been taken into account and that the required measures are implemented on 25/05/2018.

There is no “Conformity with the GDPR” but well an ongoing process in order to protect personal data.

Your personal data we got within our past of current business relationships are saved in our database for internal management. They could be transmitted to a third party if this would be necessary as part of the execution of our contracts, but in no case for commercial/promotional purposes.

The shelf-life depends on the type of data and our internal rules. After the shelf-life, they are automatically destroyed.

In the context of the GDPR regulations, we expect our contacts to handle any personal data that may be shared with the greatest care. All our contacts are expected to be GDPR-compliant. If any damage would result from non-compliance with GDPR regulations by one of our contacts for us all damage will be recovered from the defaulting contact.
